Location: Cranborne, Dorset (Not too far from Bournemouth)
Contract Type: Permanent, 40 hours per week, term-time only
Pay: £11.72 - £12.78 per hour
Annual Salary: £20,941.30 - £22,835.30

Role Overview:
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll support students in a safe, nurturing environment, working closely with teaching staff to deliver a varied curriculum. You'll provide one-on-one and group support, focusing on positive behaviour management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with learning and promoting student independence.
- Help plan, prepare, and evaluate educational programs.
- Record and report student progress.
- Encourage positive social behaviour.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license and vehicle access.
- Minimum age 21.
- Level 2 Maths and English or equivalent.
- Positive and creative approach to student needs.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong numeracy, literacy, and ICT skills.
