In this position as a Claims Manager, you will be reporting into the HOD and be responsible for handling liability claims and provide assistance and advice on claims related matters.
You will be expected to work closely with the team dealing with existing stakeholders in the allocated region and handle claims including marine cargo, collision, FFO and others.
The ideal incumbent needs to be customer focused, enthusiastic, highly meticulous and an excellent team player. In order to be successful in this role, the incumbent needs to be someone who is genuinely passionate about the maritime industry and experienced handling all types of marine claims.
