Ensure that work at site is executed as per approved GFC drawings. Assist in preparing baseline schedule with the contractor and the Site Manager. Ensure resource availability and completion of tasked pre-commencement works to avoid any delays. Evaluate organisation chart submitted by Contractors & ensure Resource Allocation as per requirement of Project. Follow up with the contractors for adequate resource deployment as per plan*• Quality Assurance and Compliance-Maintain Compliance register & all other supporting documents. Track and proactively inform RO about permission/licenses which are about to be expired. Raise the RFI in case of requirement of change in specifications from the architect and ensure timely closure• Safety Management-Organise safety training for PMC, contractors and on site staff and ensure adequate safety equipments are available at site. Create and maintain a safety checklist for the site and ensure its followed.• Project Handover-Monitor execution of customisations & removal of snags by the contractor to ensure Minimum Snag points at the time of handover. Support CRM by providing requisite details for the purpose of FM finalization. Coordinate with the FM team to rectify complaints within the defect liability period• Stakeholder Engagement and Communication-Assure adherence to the weekly schedule by monitoring everday progress, escalate deviations and provide corrective actions
