key responsibilities
TheCivil Engineer is responsible to:
- Oversee and supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
- Organize and manage construction sites, coordinating with various teams and contractors to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
- Lead and guide work crews, providing direction and support to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design plans, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Manage and maintain technical documentation for projects, including plans, reports, and compliance records.
