We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Civil and Construction Estimators with proven expertise in estimating and project costing. Your primary focus will be preparing accurate estimates for a variety of government tenders, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for infrastructure, commercial construction, and government projects.
• Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings to prepare thorough estimates.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure all costings meet contractual and budgetary requirements.
• Maintain and develop relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for cost efficiencies.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in estimating and project costing.
• Demonstrated success in preparing estimates for government tenders.
• Comprehensive understanding of infrastructure and commercial construction projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of ACT and Regional NSW construction markets is advantageous.
