Experience and skills required
Experience in all of the following
Experience in defining business requirements/system requirements with end-users at the time of system implementation.
Experience in system implementation, including Fit & Gap.

In addition to the above, the following experience and skills are desirable
Experience in managing large scale projects.
Experience in large scale ERP implementation such as SAP
Experience in CRM, sales management, customer management, etc.
Experience in upstream processes such as business requirement definition
Experience in sales system renewal projects
Experience in migration projects from host systems to open systems.
