Role Details:
- Permanent contracts
- Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities
- Full time shift pattern- 3x24 hour shifts (24 h on and 24 h off) followed by 3 days off, 9 week rolling rota
- Part time shift timings- 12 hour shifts (10am - 10pm), 6 hour shifts (10am- 4pm/4pm -10pm)
Role Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality care and support to children in a residential setting
- Establishing trust and rapport with children and young people.
- Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and structured environment
- Using de-escalation techniques to manage conflicts and challenging behaviors effectively.
- Completing daily reports, incident logs, and progress updates
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 1+ year of experience in residential childcare is essential
- A full clean drivers licence is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
