Key Responsibilities
- Integrate shopper, customer, and channel insights with consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Define and lead the category vision and retailer strategy in collaboration with Marketing.
- Develop a short-term category roadmap with clear levers and priorities for channels and customers.
- Create frameworks for channel and store format strategies to maximize growth potential.
- Manage customer segmentation and investment strategies, setting sales and profit targets.
- Ensure impactful in-store experiences by optimizing store layouts, promotional displays, and in store assets.
- Lead campaign promotions and develop optimized promotional plans, ensuring trade spend efficiency.
- Conduct post-promotion evaluations and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for monthly business reviews and provide insights for growth.
- Develop and mentor team members to ensure excellence in planning and execution.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in category and channel management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong analytical skills to integrate insights and identify growth opportunities.
- Ability to manage customer investments and drive category development.
