Our federal government client is seeking an experienced Change Manager to create and implement end-to-end change and communications management to support the successful implementation of policy and technology focussed programs and projects. These programs are high priority for the Government, and working in this branch you will be busy and have fulfilling work.
... As a Change Manager you will:
- Develop the change management and education program to communicate the vision and strategy of the Program to internal and external stakeholders.
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
- Leverage a change management methodology, processes and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative including developing communications channels to communicate changes to broader project audience.
- Determine and develop training requirements, relevant training content and delivery channels; implement education and training program across the department.
The successful candidate must have:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in either Information Technology or change management.
- Experience in a similar role as a change manager in technology or corporate change.
- Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts and effectively planning and driving the communications plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce high quality reports and discussion papers and make formal presentations.
