Responsibilities
What will you do?
- Support the delivery of a multi-year transformational program to provide an elevated and truly global employee experience that is powered by Digital
- Using our change methodology, develop and implement comprehensive and tailored change management strategies to identify change impacts, assess readiness and develop change and learning tactics to support global adoption
Produce and manage an informed, integrated, cross-functional change plan for multiple workstreams
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and address concerns throughout the change process
- Proactively identify and mitigate resistance to change
- Understand the design of the end-to-end current and future state journeys for stakeholder persona groups impacted by change
- Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities associated with the implementation
- Produce and deliver change engagement, communication and training plans
- Produce strategic change communications as required
- Identify any change-related project risks and raise these to the Project Manager or appropriate work lead with recommended mitigation steps
- Support the Project Manager, Program Manager, and Portfolio Manager in reporting
- Partner with global business stakeholders throughout the project to understand needs, drive decision-making, and ensure clarity of responsibilities and adherence to project timelines related change management
- Design and conduct assessments to evaluate adoption and overall business outcomes
Qualifications
Qualification
- 5-7 years of change management experience, ideally including global implementations of processes/systems
- 5-7 years experience creating and delivering against change, communications and training plans
- Fluency with ADKAR or PROSCI methodologies
- Experience with persona development/design thinking
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and operating under tight time constraints with a strong sense of urgency
- Expert communication skills: verbal, written, negotiation and presentation
- Must be able to communicate technical and change management concepts in business-oriented terms
- Ability to flex between strategic and tactical mindsets
- Experience delivering change in a Human Resources context an advantage
