You will work closely with various teams—sales, delivery, regional, and global management—to execute global and regional strategies, ensuring financial health, profitable growth, and margin expansion. You will also closely collaborate with the Controllership to maintain the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting. ■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field.
・10+ years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, with proven success driving business growth.
・5+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
・Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
・Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to clearly articulate financial information to diverse audiences.
・Experience in the IT services industry is essential.
・Fluency in both Japanese and English is required.
