•Experience: 10+ years in Corporate Planning, Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, or Executive Leadership roles.
•Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
•Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to develop and execute long-term strategies.
•Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of financial metrics, budgeting, and business performance analysis.
•Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience with executive-level presentations.
•Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to address complex challenges.
•Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the board.
•Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high levels of responsibility.
