Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 + Superannuation + Quarterly Bonuses ($4,000 - $5,000)

What You'll Bring:
- Proven Leadership: Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a large early learning service.
- People Focus: Outstanding ability to engage with families and inspire staff.
- Qualifications: Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care or higher.
- Flexibility: 38-hour week with a rotating roster.
