Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Lead and inspire a dedicated team of educators, fostering a collaborative and positive work culture.
• Management Skills: Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, budget management, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Curriculum Development: Implement and enhance the educational program based on a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the centre meets or exceeds the National Quality Standard (NQS) through regular self-assessment and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Centre Manager or in a leadership role within the childcare sector.
• In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS).
• Strong organisational and management skills, including budget management and staff supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective team leadership and parent engagement.

Requirements:

• You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma in Children’s Services or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
• Current Working with Children Check
• First Aid
