Strategic Planning and Execution
- Responsible for market assessment, manage jurisdictions, optimize the division of jurisdictions, ensure the rationality of jurisdiction settings, and improve market coverage efficiency.
- Carry out staffing planning, analyze the rationality of management span, improve per capita productivity, and build an efficient sales team
- Develop an indicator allocation plan, provide guiding indicator suggestions, ensure the rationality of indicator settings, and guide the team to achieve performance goals.
Data Insight and Analysis
- Conduct sales performance analysis, explore strengths and weaknesses in the sales process, and propose optimization suggestions.
- Build a comprehensive management template for the sales team, covering forecasting, sales trends, sales plans, volume tracking, etc., to improve team management efficiency.
- Carry out other special data analysis based on business needs to provide multi-dimensional data support for business development.
Sales Team Training, Learning and Development
- Training system construction and optimization. Based on the business needs and career development path of the sales team, a systematic training system is established, covering multi-dimensional training courses such as product knowledge, sales skills, market analysis, and customer management.
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training, collect feedback from students, and continuously optimize training content and methods based on business development trends to ensure that the training system keeps pace with the times and meets the actual needs of the team.
- Design and implement training courses, responsible for the design of training courses to help the sales team quickly grasp product features and selling points.
Performance Management and Incentives
- Formulate a bonus plan, analyze the bonus level in the industry based on external data, and measure the incentive of the bonus policy of the division; rationally adjust the bonus base, tiers and bonus coefficients at different levels, taking into account fairness and budget control.
- Responsible for bonus interpretation and clearly communicating the key points and calculation logic of bonus policies to the team.
Business Support and Process Optimization
- Responsible for master data management and maintenance to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Carry out flow cleaning, complaint handling and finalization work to ensure the quality of business data.
- Responsible for indicator maintenance and changes, adjusting indicators based on dynamic business development, and guiding the team to focus on key tasks.
- Set behavioral KPIs, clarify key indicators such as visit frequency, coverage rate, and number of assisted preventions, and standardize sales behavior.
- Carry out low-performance management, conduct cross-analysis on a monthly basis based on sales rankings and behavioral system KPIs, assist management in multi-dimensional exploration of key factors affecting the business, and promote continuous optimization of the business.
- Establish and optimize SOP, covering new terminal specifications, settlement allocation process, new personnel process, bonus payment details, etc., to ensure the standardization and standardized operation of business processes.
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor degree or above, management, marketing, data analysis and other related majors are preferred.
- More than 10 years of SFE and sales training experience, and more than 5 years of team management experience. Experience with related product is preferred.
- Proficient in data analysis skills, proficient in using data analysis software (such as Excel advanced functions, SQL, etc.), able to mine valuable information from massive data to provide strong support for decision-making.
