Our client is a reputable conglomerate with a strong employee culture, currently recruiting for an experienced Compensation and Benefits Operations Specialist to join the C&B Ops team.
about the job
Reporting to the C&B Operations Lead, you will be part of a team in managing C&B operational activities, including but not limited to:
- Support the annual increment and performance bonus activities
- Manage and coordinate with the 3rd party vendor/ broker on insurance claims when necessary
- Participate in compensation and benefits surveys and flexible benefits framework review exercises
- Administer annual performance management exercises, long service awards, and review welfare providers
- Liaise with flexible benefits administration provider on monthly data exchange, processes, and any other matters
- Manage shares and units matters, including the share portal, grant, and vesting activities
- Liaise with shares system provider on shares grant and vesting activities, as well as system enhancements and any other matters
- Collaborate with the payroll team on medical and flexible benefits
- Support Corporate HR in data/ reports for annual salary review and performance bonus exercises

- 1 year contract, potentially renewable/ convertible depending on performance
- Entitled to performance bonus, 2-3 months on average
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm (5.30pm on Fridays)
- 4 days in office, 1 day work from home
- Office location: Jurong East, Singapore
- Company headcount: 1000+
- Candidates available to start on short notice preferred but not a requirement
skills and experience required
- Bachelors' degree, preferably HR related
- Relevant work experience in compensation and benefits operations
- Strong communication, with stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Detail oriented and analytical
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
