They are currently looking for a C&B Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of payroll, compensation & benefits (C&B), and administrative processes within the organization. You will ensure that payroll is processed accurately and timely, oversee the implementation and administration of employee compensation and benefits programs, and manage various administrative tasks related to HR operations.

You will be reporting to the VP HR, potentially leading a team of 1 to 2.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 5 years of proven experience in compensation and benefits management with a solid understanding of compensation structures, job evaluations, and benefits administration. You will have strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
