what will you do
As a catering employee at the Evenementenhal you have various tasks, both in front of and behind the scenes. It is important that you work quickly, hygienically and work well together, because there is a tight schedule at fairs and events. You ensure that guests can enjoy their meal quickly and with a smile.
- Behind the scenes you help prepare (cold) dishes, such as filling sandwiches, carving and preparing plates;
- You work in front of the screens in the event hall, where you are in contact with exhibitors and visitors as a social center.
where will you work
You will work at the Evenementenhal in Gorinchem. Easyfairs is one of the largest trade fair organizers in the Netherlands. There is an informal culture here and there is room for personal input. You will work here in a large and diverse team of both kitchen and catering staff. The work in the kitchen is carried out under the supervision of the sous chef and chef. They will teach you all the tricks of the trade!
- 25 vacation days for a 40-hour working week and 8.33% vacation pay;
- Pension scheme;€ 14.40 gross per hour from 21 years and older (Horeca collective labor agreement);
- Travel allowance €0.23 from 10 kilometers one way, maximum 50 kilometers reimbursed.
