- Hours: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

Responsibilities
- Load automated payment files
- Process payments with minimal errors (manually and online)
- Deposit cheques remotely to the bank
- Process return payments
- Run various internal reporting
- Coordinate error processing
- Send out alerts to customers vis email templates
- Additional administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- Experience processing 100+ manually payments daily
- Detail oriented
- Strong problem solving skills
- Previous experience in an accounting setting
- Experience with maintaining a database
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work with multiple departments
