As an Case Manager, you will be integral to the Sales Operations Department, reporting directly to the Director of Sales Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison among insurers, sales consultants, and clients, ensuring smooth management of insurance applications from initiation to completion.
- Prepare highlights, quotes, and insurer illustrations for sales consultants' meetings.
- Provide extensive support for new business sales and after-sales policy services to sales consultants.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Coordinate pre-case submission activities, including scheduling medical appointments, preparing KYC documents, and completing insurer application forms.
- Oversee new business case submissions to various insurers, working closely with sales consultants from application through to policy inception.
- Manage monthly reporting for banking purposes.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor within the Sales Operations Department.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Proficiency in software used for insurer illustrations.
- Strong understanding of underwriting requirements for efficient case submissions.
- Excellent communication skills.
