Case Handler / Administrator

£25,000 - £26,000 + Bonus
Randstad Corporate Services (RCS) is looking for a Case Handler to assist with the smooth running of the on-site operation across our site in Solihull, on a key account in the division, Jaguar Land Rover.

Key responsibilities
This role will encompass two main duties, firstly as a Case Handler, and secondly as Administrative Support.
As a Case Handler, you will:
- Handle between 30-40 cases at any given time
- Be expected to respond to grievances & appeals
- Investigations
- Liaising with relevant teams both within Randstad and with our client team
As part of the administrative duties:
- Answering queries on our ticketing system
- Managing the inbox
- Answering phone queries
- Dealing with workers face to face
Attributes of a successful candidate:
- Be comfortable dealing with a variety of people
- Be approachable and personable
- Be organised and have great time management skills
- Have an understanding of ER Law
