Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Conducting property inspections and identifying areas in need of maintenance or repair.
Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors when necessary.
Requirements:
Previous experience in general building maintenance.
A full UK driving licence (required for travel).
Ability to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards.
Must be able to pass a DBS check.

We are seeking a skilled Multi Trader to join our team, working across East London and the Southend area. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality housing maintenance services (excluding M&E) to our clients in the social housing sector.
