Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, candidate management, or a similar role (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of the early childhood education sector (desirable).
