Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Scope
Assist the recruiters, candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process. In this support role there is emphasis on executing and ensuring quality in the search for suitable candidates using various channels
Main accountabilities
Administrative. Key activities:
- Provide administrative support and coordination to recruiters and candidates, including interview scheduling
- Successfully set priorities and manage time on task to meet daily and weekly goals
- Crafts and sends recruiting emails and job postings
Sourcing. Key activities:
- Identifies qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
- Interacts with potential candidates on social media and professional networks
- Asks for referrals from current employees and external networks
- Communicates with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
Reporting. Key activities:
- May assist with special projects and perform additional duties as assigned such as preparing and distributing reports
- Thorough and accurate record keeping of activity
- Daily reporting of activity making real-time updates for timely and accurate record keeping
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Communication. Key activities:
- Real-time and accurate entry and updates to candidate tracking system including CRMs and ATSs as well as professional correspondence and communications, both verbal and written, are required.
- Successfully Engaging and Communicating with candidates
- Promotes positive relationships and strong partnerships to protect the candidate and hiring manager experience
- Promotes branding online and offline

Requirements & Qualifications
Education
High School diploma or equivalent
Tools
Microsoft Office Excel / PPT / Word / Outlook
Preferred: Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM systems, Pre-employment screening tools, HRIS systems, Interview scheduling tools, On-boarding systems, SharePoint, OneNote

- Administrative skills along with a good attention to detail
- Demonstrated success following operating and organizational policies and processes
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in sourcing activities, human resources coordinator, customer service and/or recruiting coordinator experience
- Effective time-management skills
- Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and in English languages
