UCB Pharma proudly stands as a global leader in biotech innovation! By identifying and bringing on board top specialists, you’ll play a crucial role in propelling our mission forward. This is a wonderful full-time, permanent position where you’ll lead the recruitment process for various white-collar roles, particularly focusing on scientific and medical profiles, along with recruitment for corporate functions.
You'll also have the opportunity to work closely with our sourcing team, building trusting relationships with internal partners, hiring managers, and external agencies, which are all vital aspects of this exciting role!
What'll you do?
- You will drive the recruitment process for white-collar positions
- You will collaborate with the sourcing team.
- You will be the trusted business partner for the Hiring Managers and internal Talent & project teams; your stakeholder management skills will be essential.
- You can take care of internal talent, applications, and aspirations.
- And you will maintain trustful relations with staffing and executive agencies to ensure the client has access and visibility on all relevant talent in the marketplace.

What'll You Bring?
- We are seeking an experienced recruiter with a minimum of 3 years in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management on a global scale. Experience in RPO is a plus.
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, ambitious, and possesses empathy along with a service-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills are essential to guide the process, provide advice to managers, and cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Language proficiency in French and English is required, with Italian or Spanish being advantageous.
- Candidates should be prepared to work regularly at the Braine-L’Alleud office (generally, 2 days on-site each week with the option for remote work on other days).
