We are looking for a Talent Advisor to drive our managed Service Provider (MSP) Program to join our team supporting one of our prestigious clients in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. This hybrid role requires a minimum of one day per week in the client’s office in Beerse.
As an MSP Talent Advisor, you’ll play a critical role in delivering a premium recruitment process for contingent, temporary, and contract roles. Your main focus will be building strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive requisition volume and ensure an excellent experience for hiring managers and clobbarotae with the sourcing team who will be responsible for the candidate's relates.
What You’ll Do?
- Drive Stakeholder Engagement: Build connections with hiring managers to increase requisition flow and promote our direct sourcing solutions.
- Collaborate with the Sourcing Team: Work closely with our Global Business Services (GBS) sourcing team to support sourcing operations and meet hiring needs.
- Utilize Recruitment Technology: Manage requisitions and data in Fieldglass (Vendor Management System) and produce reports as needed.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct Stakeholder Reviews: Host periodic meetings with stakeholders to review progress, share KPIs, and strategize improvements.
- Support Multiple Markets: While focused on Belgium, you may also assist with other EMEA markets as needed.
What You’ll Bring?
- A strong background in recruitment, talent acquisition, or workforce management, particularly in contingent hiring.
- Being comfortable to keep growing our MSP within the client departments, engaging with new stakeholders, and building relationships with them to introduce our direct sourcing (prior training on the solutions that we offer to the client)
- Familiarity with MSP programs and Vendor Management Systems (Fieldglass experience is a plus).
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and compliance.
- Ability to analyze data and present insights in a clear, actionable way.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working in a multinational environment and across different cultures.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model with regular in-office days and occasional travel as needed.
