What You'll Be Doing:
... - Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, including job requirements analysis, conducting interviews, active sourcing, and contract negotiations.
- Utilise platforms like LinkedIn, Xing, and Indeed for active sourcing to identify and attract top talent.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including hiring managers, HRBPs, HR-Reward, HR-Operations, and the works council.
- Track and report on recruitment-related KPIs.
- Drive recruitment initiatives such as employer branding and partnerships with universities.
- Participate in recruitment projects, including the implementation of applicant tracking systems.
- Support the Head of Talent Acquisition and the local HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.
- Document processes and lead process optimization efforts.
What You’re Made Of:
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in managing the full lifecycle of recruitment processes.
- Proven expertise in Active Sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn, Xing, and Indeed, with knowledge of current sourcing techniques and tools.
- Ability to manage high workloads efficiently.
- Strong personal credibility and empathy, with a drive to build trustful relationships.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills, capable of interacting with and influencing all levels of management.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Avature, or similar).
- Business fluent in German (C1) and fluent in English (B2).
