Are you curious to find out what range of tasks you can expect? Of course you are! We are more than happy to tell you more about it.

Administration
- As mentioned earlier, you will be responsible for the entire process: more specifically, from onboarding to the final invoice and the end of the assignment. In addition, you are also responsible for the follow-up, processing, correct layout and dispatch of contracts for the external consultants within the scope of the Supporting Operations Team.

- You carry out all these processes within our tooling landscape and soon become a real tooling wizard.
- Together with your team members and manager, you watch over the smooth progress of onboarding and receipt of signed contracts. You are back-up for your colleagues when needed and they obviously do the same for you.
Communication
- You are the central point of contact at operational level for clients, (key) suppliers, freelancers and internal stakeholders. In case of questions or problems, you provide the necessary feedback and/or solutions.
- You are the internal point of contact for our finance department when they have invoicing problems. We pick these up with our customers.
- Maintaining good relations with internal and external stakeholders is crucial. Therefore, you communicate proactively about ongoing topics and cases. When information is missing, you do not hesitate to contact the relevant parties yourself to obtain necessary documents or data in a timely manner.
