Randstad is the world’s leading partner for talent, and we are expanding our team of Strategic Account Directors for the Mid Market segment in Ontario. We are seeking experienced, high-performing sales professionals with a background in staffing to build and grow relationships with key national accounts, drive new business, and manage complex, multi-site client needs.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the sales efforts within a designated territory to drive revenue growth with existing national accounts at the executive level (President, CIO, CTO, Senior VPs, etc.), utilizing executive calls, visits, and presentations to deliver top-tier solutions.
- Proactively expand Randstad’s presence by selling our OPTS offerings and collaborating with internal teams to create customized solutions.
- Influence strategic recruitment and staffing decisions with our clients, ensuring Randstad is the preferred partner for all staffing needs, including large-scale projects and programs.
- Take ownership of revenue goals, increasing wallet share across all clients, and developing high-level relationships that will ensure long-term success.
- Provide mentorship to Account Managers, sharing your expertise in client development and service techniques to elevate the entire team’s performance.
- Work closely with senior leadership and delivery teams to strategically position Randstad’s Project and Program Staffing (PTS), Outsourcing (OTS), Integrated Managed Services Programs (iMSP), and other services.
- Build a comprehensive customer intelligence repository, gathering insights such as organizational charts, industry reports, and news to support sales strategy.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of proven staffing sales experience in the Mid Market segment, with a track record of developing and expanding accounts.
- A deep understanding of staffing solutions and client needs, particularly at the executive level.
- Strong experience working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple accounts, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
- A strategic, consultative approach to sales with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Reliable transportation to travel within your designated territory for client meetings and business development.
- Candidates must be based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) to be considered for this role.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to develop relationships and influence decision-makers.
