roles and responsibilities
Screening/Shortlisting
- Conduct thorough screenings of profiles, CVs, and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Understand client requirements and job specifications to effectively match candidates to roles.
- Utilize data insights and market knowledge to refine and optimize screening strategies.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates for various roles across multiple industries.
- Driving innovation by proactively identifying and coming up with innovative ideas.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.
- Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers on shortlisted candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in candidate screening and recruitment.
Continuous improvement
- Cooperating and partnering with client stakeholders e.g. Hiring Managers, Managers Operations and the HRBP’s.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of screening processes and tools.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment programs and policies.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, valuing diverse perspectives.
- Coordinate with global recruitment teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in candidate screening processes.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to candidate screening and report findings to improve future processes.

job requirements
experience required
- Relevant experience in a similar role (BPO/RPO/MSP/Recruitment/Sourcing)
- Experience of working in customer service/customer relationship or high-volume BPO environment
- 1-2 years experience in the BPO sector is highly preferred
- Stakeholder management on Operational management level
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated track record of understanding clients needs and translating those into daily productivity
