As Senior Sourcing Recruiter, you will be joining a very motivated team to source the best talent for one of our biggest clients by using creative sourcing methods for the UK Market.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with the Hiring Managers and Talent Advisors to understand the requirements of each open role
- Source & screen & application management for the best talent & find the best - able to adapt sourcing techniques to different roles and be able to source using various channels
- Work very closely with Talent Advisors to find the best candidates for the open positions
- Conducting phone screening callss
- Shortlisting candidates
- Client facing - meeting with the hiring managers in a regular basis
- Interact with candidates and focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity
- Attending weekly calls/catch ups with the hiring managers to share updates regarding the sourcing process
What we would like you to have:
- Good level of English and Spanish is a must (both written and verbal)
- Experience in recruitment/sourcing
- Ideally experienced in supporting the UK and Ireland markets (knowledge of the recruitment market in the UK and Ireland)
- Being autonomous, proactive and do not afraid to ask questions
- Good team player and self motivated
- Experience in working on LinkedIn recruiter is a big plus
- Experience is working technical/IT related roles.
- Having a competitive approach would be helpful for the success
- Experience in LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
