We are seeking a passionate and driven Food & Nutrition Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. As a Food & Nutrition Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in connecting top talent with exciting opportunities across a range of food and nutrition roles. Key areas such as food scientist, R&D, quality assurance, food technologists, regulatory affairs , food service and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
... - Sourcing and Identifying Candidates: Actively source and identify high-quality candidates
- Candidate Screening and Assessment: Thoroughly screen and assess candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit for the role.
- Client Management: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their specific needs and recruitment requirements.
- Candidate Management: Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through networking, industry events, and social media.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate compensation packages and successfully close placements.
- Market Research & Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market insights.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Passion for the Food & Nutrition Industry: Demonstrated interest in the food and nutrition sector, along with a strong understanding of the industry landscape.
- Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the food and nutrition sector, demonstrating a successful track record of placing candidates.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of recruitment processes, market trends, and business development strategies.
- Results-Oriented: Driven to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Proactive and Self-Motivated: Able to work independently and take initiative.
