Senior Learning Coordinator, Global Learning
Location: Budapest, Hungary
The Senior Learning and Development Coordinator is part of the global L&D team and will have a role that is focused on supporting us in creating exceptional learning experiences to our workforce .In this role you will work collaboratively with the global team providing a holistic approach to our global learning portfolio, helping to develop and maintain critical SOPs, seek efficiencies in our ways of working and leverage technology including AI to support the team in driving excellence in our way of working.
As part of our learning portfolio, our team design & facilitate global learning programs that are key in enabling our people to develop skill sets required to become a future ready workforce. This role works in partnership with the program leads & facilitators to ensure that we deliver exceptional learning experiences where the learner journey is kept front and center of our focus.
In addition to the above, you will partner closely with the L&D Management team, providing critical support on our learning data enabling insights that help inform our decision making. You will drive data governance across the team and lead in creating data that is relevant and visually compelling leveraging data studio tools.

- To support the Global L&D team in the planning, organization, communication and coordination of learning and development activities across the global business. Be a partner to the Manager team, sharing key insights that inform our decision making in delivering against the Global L&D strategy
responsibilities
- Partner with the global learning team to provide key insights to learning programs and the overarching global learning schedule.
- proactively collects information, investigates issues and provides insights and solutions to challenges
- contributes to the team knowledge base, bringing new ideas and best practices to our processes and operating procedures.
- communicates effectively with learners, the business and team members creating a seamless and engaging user experience
- track and monitors license numbers, creating visibility for the team on license available and usage
- creates and maintains systems, trackers and central storage areas to ensure data integrity and accessibility for the team, ensuring ongoing sustainability of data and IP
- leads in collating and producing regular insights to the team and the business that informs on learning data, program engagement, ROE and ROI as applicable.
