Currently we are searching for a Head of Sales in Belgium!
key responsibilities include;
- As part of Randstad Enterprise Growth office, creation and development of the Belgium sales strategy, collaborating with RiseSmart Marketing, EU and global sales and sales enablement, as well as Randstad Belgium Opco Sales teams to grow market share.
- build and lead RiseSmart Belgium sales team to achieve revenue goals both through support and coaching of sales team members ( focus on segment A & B) and individual sales contribution. Direct management of dedicated sales personal and dotted line to the wider SRM/ sales hybrid roles that focus on segment C and D clients
- deliver robust pipeline management, opportunity reviews, customer proposal definition, , RFPs, pricing, negotiations and contracting
- segment the market, target the right DMU level, network to identify leads, and contact and close new customers
- learn about our innovative service offerings and present them effectively at senior executive levels within an organisation
- implement mechanisms to track results and consistently capture key milestones in the sales process utilising CRM
- Reporting to the Randstad RiseSmart SVP EMEA, Head of Regional Sales and with a dotted line to the Belgium Managing Director, you will play a key role in developing and executing Belgium and the EMEA regions growth strategy
what you will need
- Successful track record of sales leadership, creating and building go – to-market strategies and working with large corporate clients in an international setting
- Experience of leading, managing, coaching and developing a sales team
- Successful track record selling to HR Executives (Outplacement Services, HR Consulting Services, Talent Management, Staffing/Recruiting services, HRIS, RPO)
- Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills, customer service, business and negotiation skills
- Highly organised with the ability to work well under time pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to use data to drive relevant commercial insights
- Be team player, fast learner, detail oriented, and conscientious with a drive to “win”
