Job Mission
Responsible for executing the complete recruitment and selection cycle for positions at various levels, within the scope and routines established by the RPO program. Aiming to make the Talent Acquisition area a structure with well-defined processes and comprehensive recruitment and selection intelligence.

- Execute the entire recruitment process, from aligning positions with the manager to concluding the process with the candidates accepted offer. Through control and monitoring methodologies.
- Support the improvement of the clients recruitment and selection strategies. By presenting new concepts in an innovative manner.
- Increase internal client satisfaction (Hiring Manager). Through the organization and planning of structured selection processes.
- Enhance candidate satisfaction. By structuring selection processes with constant communication and feedback.
- Preserve the client's employer brand. Through Employer Branding actions and a selection process that aligns with the company's values.
- Improve the means of conducting selection processes. By incorporating new technologies and tools.
- Ensure a transparent and positive relationship with the client. Through weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings to present new proposals and results.
What you need to bring:
- Bachelor degree
- Recruitment support, administration and customer service experience
- Recruitment high volume experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills - Fluent English
- Solid understanding of MS Office/Google products – calendars and email
- Proven ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to take direction and execute a plan
- Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
