About your role
As a Recruitment Consultant in the Early Years division, you will be responsible for running a 360 degree recruitment desk focusing on the recruitment of Educators, Teachers and management roles within the Childcare sector. You will take pride in moving employers through the complete hiring process from initial client acquisition to placement and aftercare demonstrating your knowledge, skill and care throughout.
To help achieve your career goals you will be supported by an experienced manager and mentors as well as an established learning and development platform for continuous training.
Responsibilities include:
- Build and manage your relationship with early learning providers
- Business development with new clients
- Management of large state based and national accounts at multiple levels and with different stakeholders
- Headhunting, candidate attraction and talent pooling
- Screening, interviewing and presentation of candidates
- Staying up to date with industry trends and remaining knowledgeable on early learning terminology.

- Previous local experience in sales, customer service or retail management (a fast paced environment)

This permanent role is working on rostered hours - early and late shifts.
