Assist in writing proposals, responding to RFPs, and preparing tender documents.- Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Conduct workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to gather detailed functional and technical requirements. Develop solution roadmaps, high-level designs, and product configurations based on gathered information.- Market Insight & Trends: Stay updated on ServiceNow product releases, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Provide feedback to the product team and help the company stay ahead of industry needs and market demands.- Use case development:Creating industry-specific use cases helps directly align ServiceNow capabilities with client challenges, making the solutions more relatable and impactful.- Proof of Concept (POC) / Pilot Projects: Lead the development and execution of POCs and pilot projects, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and driving success throughout the process.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Solution Architects, Delivery Managers, and Implementation Teams to ensure smooth transition from presales to delivery.
