The Growth Marketing Business Partner is instrumental in developing and executing strategies that contribute to the growth and profitability of the local region (NAM, EMEA or APAC) for Randstad Enterprise. The role involves strategic planning and collaboration to drive awareness, generate leads, and facilitate successful client engagements. It requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, marketing expertise, and a deep understanding of the local business market (legislative, The Growth Marketing Business Partner will work with the Growth Leader to understand business goals, the growth and sales strategy, and translate these into effective marketing actions that lead to increased ROI for the region and acceleration of our 1 to 8 marketing goal.

... - Marketing Plan Execution: Working under the leadership of the Growth Marketing Leader (NAM, EMEA or APAC), you will execute a comprehensive global growth strategy for driving the expansion of all Enterprise concepts in the region. You will partner with stakeholders across the region to understand their objectives, challenges and market needs then translate business goals into actionable ABSM-led marketing strategies, campaigns and initiatives that support revenue growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition/retention. Oversee and execute on other localized marketing requests as needed by the Growth Marketing Leader, ensuring marketing activities are aligned with overall business priorities and contribute to achieving KPIs and targets.
- Project Execution: Support cross-functional projects and initiatives through to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines and budgets. Coordinate with internal teams to execute ABSM-led marketing campaigns, regional events (including localized efforts supporting our executive network strategy), and other marketing initiatives at a global to local level. Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery and achievement of desired outcomes.
- Lead Generation & ABSM Campaigns: In collaboration with the digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing lead generation programs for the handoff of pre-qualified leads to Revenue Operations and sales, including ABSM digital marketing campaigns, outbound marketing, events, and more. You will work with sales to identify gaps in key personas and contact information within accounts, and execute on paid campaigns to drive new contacts within those named accounts. You will need to monitor and track ABSM data to identify and drive buying intent and build strategies for driving contacts and accounts further down the sales funnel. Collaborate with the digital marketing team and sales team to develop tailored ABSM strategies for each target account in the “expand” and “engage” tier categories to drive business opportunities, while monitoring new buying signals from “discover” accounts. Analyze and optimize lead generation efforts to maximize conversion rates and drive our 1 to 8 ROI marketing performance goal.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams - such as content, digital marketing, concepts, sales and delivery - to develop integrated marketing plans that leverage the strengths and capabilities of each department. This includes the creation of localized content such as case studies and other collateral to help aid in the lead nurturing and sales processes. Help to facilitate communication, alignment and collaboration on joint initiatives.
- Business Insights and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer insights to identify growth opportunities, market trends and customer preferences and present findings to local leadership. Analyze marketing performance metrics and ROI to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and inform strategic decision-making. Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques and processes, and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Communicate marketing plans, updates and results effectively to internal stakeholders and leadership, providing clear and concise updates on progress, challenges and opportunities.

education/relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, business administration or related field, or proven experience (3-5 years) in marketing, business development or strategic planning, preferably in a B2B environment.
knowledge and competencies
- Strong business acumen and understanding of key business functions such as sales, delivery, solution design/bids, etc.
- Experience selling or marketing HR outsourcing solutions is a plus.
- English language with a second fluent language of either French or German
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and drive consensus.
- Proven track record working with cross-functional projects and initiatives, from concept to execution.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, extract insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and effectively convey complex messages to diverse audiences.
- Experience working with teams remotely and across cultures, doing business globally.
- Working knowledge of marketing technologies such as Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, Highspot, Demandbase is a plus
This is a hybrid role located in Budapest
Travel (regional and global) might be required.
