- 5+ years of experience as a business or systems analyst, preferably including master data, asset management domains.- 8+ year’s comprehensive experience in a software systems analyst or engineering role, preferably including design and development.- 2+ years of experience working with Agile, Scrum, preferably with SAFe.- Proven Business Analysis experience providing technical requirements for medium to large Initiatives.- Clear communications both written and verbally.- Proficient at requirement gathering, managing ambiguity, driving a project from inception to delivery.- Proven experience with master data management applications, preferably with Nuxeo.- Proven experience with data governance.- Experience with developing process and data flow models.- Experience using MS Office, Visio, Jira, Confluence, and similar tools to document, illustrate and share ideas, process specifications, data dictionaries, and interface design specifications.- Experience with SQL preferred.- Ability to assist the architects/engineering leads in the technical design and documentation of functional/non-functional features.- Able to validate implementations and match against business/technical requirements to adhere to quality.- Retail Domain knowledge. ...
