In this role you will:
- Take part in briefing calls with Hiring Managers and Talent Advisors to learn more about the new vacancies (pharma industry)
- Collaborate with Talent Advisors and catch-up regularly so you deliver right talent for the right position smoothly
- Source for the best talents using Linkedin, database and other sources
- Share your skills and develop your experience in sourcing with other team members
- Screen candidates to verify their skills and needs
- Present successful candidates to Talent Partners and Managers
- Gain knowledge of Italian and Switzerland's markets
Your profile:
- Previous experience in sourcing is preferred but ready to teach and coach if you are really into it
- Good interpersonal and communication skills - you will represent our company externally and we want you to be comfortable in talking to the Hiring Community
- Agile and proactive approach to your daily tasks - we want to see the same passion and engagement that the rest of the team has
- Willingness to learn and develop in the role - pharma world is complex but also fascinating
- Excellent time management and organizational skills could help you a lot in this role
- Fluency in Italian and English - both languages are used on a daily basis!
