Your role involves the continuous analysis of business processes, user data and feedback data with the goal of improving the product(s) continuously. You make sure to objectify all feedback in order to make data-driven decisions. You coordinate the operational validation process, providing guidance and expertise to stakeholders regarding the validation of their systems and processes and ensuring the sign-off of all relevant topics. In this role your key stakeholders are operational managers from several countries, the process excellence team, as well as product owners and business analysts from the projects and programs you are involved with. For compliance matters your counterparts are the global data protection, legal and security representatives. You report to the global validation lead.
your typical day includes
The main focus of the Global Validation Team is in two intertwined areas: global business validation and compliance validation and sign-off. With business validation the team maintains a network with operational managers of approximately 15 countries. It manages the validation and sign-off of the global core solution of several global projects and programs, like r-one and m-one. Identifying any potential critical business gaps and gathering and analyzing valuable feedback, whilst building an ambassador network within our operation. With assessing the programs’ compliance posture the team ensures that every global legal, data protection and security aspect is addressed, validated and signed off. In short: ensuring the programs are in line with global guardrails, and adhering to business requirements at the same time.
You will be responsible for gathering feedback, requirements, evidence and other relevant (qualitative) data, you structure, categorize and analyze and you advise how to make data-driven decisions. You are working as a liaison between the business or compliance stakeholders and the product teams in an agile and accurate way. You take care of the day-to-day management of (a significant part of) the validation process, improving and optimizing the way of working and making sure all stakeholders adhere to the process agreements, with an outside-in mindset in a multidisciplinary, international, continuously changing environment.

- bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field is typically required
