This person will be responsible to build out our Western Canada market. You will be accountable for all activities spanning the sales cycle within your portfolio: pipeline development, lead qualification, client meetings, proposal development, negotiations, and closing. The right candidate understands obstacles to successful digital transformation and can advise clients on how to mitigate risk via purpose-built innovative solutions.

- Lead accountability and ownership culture, expanding wallet share in alignment with RD’s vision.
- Develop partnerships with key stakeholders to accelerate RD’s growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and delivery for industry sales agenda and pipeline alignment.
- Support deployment of long-term strategic objectives for business growth and diversification.
What you need to bring:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a client-facing role in a consulting firm or an account/engagement management role in the IT professional services offshore/outsourcing industry.
- Success in business solution development.
- A strong track record of managing portfolios-ranging from sales to new sales and programs.
- Flexibility to work among diverse corporate environments, industries, and technical and non-technical audiences.
- The confidence and ability to plan ahead and stay the course.
- Exceptional client management skills.
- Financial acumen and understanding of revenue and profitability drivers.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics.
- Proven ability to work in matrix enterprise structure.

Pay Rate: $100,000 - $140,000 annually, plus generous incentive potential.

In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
