About your role
We are currently looking to hire Technology Candidate Managers to join and support a team of Account Managers in Sydney. With an established client base, you'll focus on placing technology professionals across a wide range of roles. Randstad Digital holds a significant share across the banking & finance and government portfolio on all levels and is one of the top market share holders in this space with an excellent reputation on delivering the best service.
Responsibilities include
- Supporting Account Managers with sourcing candidates
- Being market sector expert within the technology space
- Nurture and grow candidate relationships

What you will need to succeed
We are looking for a driven, outgoing Technology Recruiters who are passionate about delivering the best service to clients in a consultative style. You'll have a can-do and positive outlook and be able to successfully work with stakeholders.
- Recruitment, sourcing, sales, banking or government experience
- You value relationships and understand the importance of it
- Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- You like working closely with your team as well as independently
- Target driven and self managed
- Resilience to deal with fast paced, competitive market sector
