how you will contribute
As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a vital role in bridging local operational insights with global strategies. By mapping, analyzing, and documenting processes, you will ensure alignment, efficiency, and clarity across our global operations. Your work will directly contribute to process harmonization, strategic implementation, and the continuous improvement of our business processes. Your work impacts colleagues around the world and forms the basis for the development of new services & products, new delivery models, and our new IT platforms (r-one, m-one, etc.).
what you will be doing
In this role, you will focus on mapping, analyzing, documenting & implementing our global end-to-end operational client and talent processes, ensuring alignment with the strategic direction set by global process owners. Your key responsibilities include:
● mapping and analyzing processes: collaborate with local markets worldwide to document and analyze current operational processes, ensuring a deep understanding of local variations.
● documenting global standards: create and maintain comprehensive process
documentation up to level 5, providing a clear framework for our global operations.
● supporting process harmonization: assist countries in analyzing their current state and implementing new global processes, both as standalone initiatives and as part of platforms like r-one and m-one.
● research and deep dives: investigate specific topics, such as outsourcing, digital staffing, or specialized solutions, to define and document global process standards in collaboration with global process owners.
who will you work with
You will join the global process excellence team which is part of the global process & product design team, responsible for our global end-to-end client & talent processes and platforms.
You will form the process excellence team together with two business process managers.
In this role, you will work closely with the global product managers in developing feature solutions on the platform to support the talent & client journey and process. With the product implementation teams responsible for deploying our global platforms and with global process owners who set the strategic direction for each process. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders in local markets to align global standards with local realities and ensure seamless adoption.
In this role you will report to Jacinta van den Heuvel, process & product design leader.
what you will bring
You have strong analytical skills to understand complex operational environments and identify opportunities for improvement, with a minimum of 3 years experience. You want to understand how things really work, both high-over and in detail. You like to think in and work with processes.
Next to that you:
● are an independent worker
● are comfortable working in English on a daily basis (verbal & written)
● are comfortable operating in diverse cultural settings
● are comfortable preparing & running workshops, both in-person and digitally
● You are detail-oriented and enjoy being thorough and accurate, taking the time to understand things deeply and ensure quality in your work.
● have experience in topics like (for example) designing processes, process mapping, process analysis, process excellence, BPMN, or related topics
International travel is part of this role, though not a main feature. We expect you to travel about once every quarter.
