how you will contribute
As the Procurement Manager for Business and Professional Services, you will play a critical role in developing and executing HR and PS category sourcing projects. You will foster strong relationships both internally (with stakeholders) and externally (with suppliers), working closely with the Head of Procurement BPS, the senior Category Lead of HR/PS/MarCom Procurement, contract managers, and contract owners.

BPS Procurement is one of the three pillars of Randstad group Procurement. We support the executive leadership’s global strategy for the Travel, Fleet, MarCom, HR, and Professional Services categories. The other pillars are IT Procurement and Procurement Strategy & Compliance. Procurement reports into our CFO's office and is part of the Group Legal & Procurement.
what you will be doing
As the BPS Procurement Manager, you will be part of a global team driving strategic initiatives and projects for the Randstad group as well as supporting projects for our Dutch local organization. This role requires speed, initiative, commitment, and exceptional communication skills to be successful in our fast-paced environment.
Your main responsibilities are:
who will you work with
The global Procurement department consists of both onshore (NL) and‘ near-shore teams in CZ & HU. Together, we play a key role in enabling the business strategy. You’ll report to the Head of Global Procurement Business & Professional Services and have a dotted line to the Sr. Category Lead MARCOM, HR, PS.
what you will bring
Your communication and negotiation skills are well-developed. You have a 5 + years track record in procurement and are a proven and skilled business partner. You have experience in defining and implementing sourcing strategies and managing and leading tender processes.
It is important to have advanced language skills in English and preferably Dutch.
You have a service-minded attitude that balances all interests in your approach when delivering on objectives and adding your expertise to the discussions.
