Responsibilities of a Community Care Assistant:
- Supporting individuals with diverse needs and backgrounds
- Demonstrating emotional resilience when supporting individuals facing challenging behaviors or loneliness
- Working flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Administering medication, changing dressings, and assisting with basic meal preparation
Requirements for Success:
- Previous experience working with adults in a care setting
- Registration under the PVG scheme
- A full driving license (essential)
- SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
