Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for an Operations Officer for a 6 month contract in Mississauga. This is hybrid role. There is a high possibility of contract extension and conversion to full time opportunity.
Pay rate: $23.00 / Hour
Working Hours: Full shift is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities
As an Operations Officer, your duties will include but not limited to:
●Reading sourcing documents for subsequent entry, using keyboards or scanners.
●Compiling, sorting and verifying the accuracy of data before it is entered.
●Locating and correcting data entry errors, or reporting them to supervisors.
●Comparing data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
●Maintaining logs of activities and completed work.
Qualifications
●Customer Service Experience – 2+ years
●High school diploma. Post-Secondary degree in business, finance, or admin
●Quicker learner and self-starter
●Punctual – proactive and productive, results driven
●Previous work in a fast-paced environment – working on 100 tickets a day, experience meeting goals and SLA
●MS Excel – to gather data, data entry for trackers
●CRA Registered Products Knowledge – RESP, TFSA, RRSPs, GICS
Nice to have:
●Previous company’s Experience
●Jira knowledge - helpful when growing at company and with the Jira Project
●CRA Registered Products experience – RESP, TFSA, RRSPs, GICS
