Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities:
Customer:
• Provide support in designing, developing, and delivering identified HR solutions.
• Assist the Sr. Manager in gathering feedback from project stakeholders and end users.
• Partner with managers and team members to support ongoing relationships with external partners administering plans and programs for the L&D team.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to develop and deliver integrated solutions.
• Organize meetings/events and facilitate learning sessions/presentations for information dissemination.
• Ensure all reviews/approvals are distributed accordingly (RACI), timely, with clear communication.
Shareholder:
• Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of training materials, reports, presentations, and procedures for new learning deliverables/processes.
• Monitor service and productivity efficiency levels within the function and implement continuous improvements.
• Keep stakeholders informed about the status/progress of projects and relevant information related to day-to-day activities.
• Conduct meaningful data analysis to draw conclusions, make recommendations, and assess program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with project partners, SMEs, and stakeholders to ensure smooth information transfer and provide direction/guidance when required.
• Promote a positive work environment that emphasizes service to the business, quality, innovation, and teamwork.
Qualifications
Must Have:
• Experience as a Learning Specialist
• Strong background in Excel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Design experience
• Learning & Development (L&D) experience
• Strong administrative skills
Nice to Have:
• Program management experience
• Project management experience
• Experience with Scrum or Agile methodologies
