Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in English to a vast Canadian client base.
- Manage new business, policy service, and claims while collaborating with various departments.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, processing emails, and responding to fax requests.
- Guide families through sensitive situations, offering empathy and efficient support during difficult times.
- Proactively address and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless claims process and policy service.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English, with superior reading and writing skills.
- A background in customer service or insurance is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, with a knack for active listening and problem-solving.
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to adapt to new technologies and software.
