key responsibilities
You will provide assistance to German-speaking users by addressing their questions, concerns, and issues via email, chat, or phone.
You will ensure that the service delivered to our customers meets the contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
You will maintain an in-depth understanding of the client’s products and services to offer accurate information and solutions.
You will handle customer inquiries efficiently while ensuring data protection and compliance with established processes and policies.
You will strive to create a positive experience for customers by resolving their issues promptly and professionally.skills
German fluent candidates living in the city of Porto (German level native/C1 minimum)
Good English skills
Availability to work on-site in the city center of Porto (not possible to work remotely)
Great attention to detail and work ethics
Good communication skills and attention to the guidelines
